What are the benefits of dynamic 365?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a re-bundled package of CRM online tools and now segregated in individual applications along with different other applications. The unique feature (depending on your settings and requirements) is its seamless flexibility between CRM and ERP tools, along with its availability on the cloud. The product has a big range of applications that are not only available on desktop but also on mobile devices. If you have already used any one of the applications, you will find the user interfaces familiar and actions pretty straightforward and useful. It saves a lot on the infrastructure cost since we don’t have to find different tools elsewhere since all of them are available in Dynamics 365.
What are the disadvantages of Dynamics 365?
If you don’t have a process in place, or you are unfamiliar with Microsoft products, then using Dynamics 365 for the first time will require some training. The options for customizations are very few. It will require some development effort if your organization is on a different platform and now wants to switch to Dynamics 365.
